Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Elko, an IHG Hotel

I loved the Gal Miss Meg at the front desk, although she said they don't accept "pets", they do accept Service animals, you guys told me that they accept pets?! Miss Meg was a great find for you hotel here, I found her full of great advice on where to eat amongst other helpful things she was so great at telling me about. She really cares for the people, we need more of that, Other than the pet policy, everything else was great.

the two ladies at the desk were amazing in every way! my daughter in law said they treated us like we’re guests in their own home. there was an issue with the pool, however they arranged for us to use the neighboring hotel pool. everyone was very accommodating including the people at the neighboring pool. there was other guests that were not understanding, in fact very rude to the ladies. the ladies were champs in every way handling the situation. in fact true pros!

The property is in excellent condition, located away from the Interstate, with plenty of on-property parking. It is located in the new part of Elko. The furnishings are fresh and comfortable.

We were very pleasantly surprised - it's a pretty new hotel, the room was pretty spacious, the beds comfy. We used the gym and the pool which the kids loved. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again on the way through NV!

everything! it exceeded our expectations for what we thought a Holiday Inn would be. Clean, updated, great size room, nice bathroom, super cozy beds and incredible staff. I haven’t seen that kind of hospitality and service in a long time much less at aHoliday Inn. some larger, expensive hotel chains could take a few pages if notes from the staff at HIE in Elko. who knew…..highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
